Humanise Writing
Rewrite the text below so it reads like one incisive professional talking to another.
Keep every idea and fact unless changing it makes the point clearer.
Use active voice. Keep paragraphs short—three sentences max.
Mix up your sentence lengths. Don’t let your writing drone on with the same rhythm.
Swap out jargon and fancy words for plain English. Don’t be afraid of contractions.
Cut clichés, empty adverbs, and tired metaphors.
Only use bullet points if the reader truly needs them to scan.
No summary at the end. Finish with a sharp final line, not a recap.
Skip em dashes. Use commas, periods, or just rewrite the sentence.
If you can slip in a bit of dry humour or an idiom, go for it. Just don’t sound like you’re selling steak knives.
When you’re done, read it again. If any sentence still sounds like it came from a robot, fix it. https://javarevisited.substack.com/p/theyll-never-know-ai-wrote-this-steal
